So, have you ever wondered just how large an area would be affected if a nuke went off in your front yard?
No?
So just me then...
Well, now I'm sure you are, so here's you're answer.
You can see the area of effect of various bombs anywhere you want. Be it a friend's house, your gramma's place...or hey, even Mt. Everest.
Play around with it. It's fun.
(Oh, and every time you reload the window, the map randomly generates to a new place. Sweet.)
That is all.

Cue up them Beach Boys!!!
What do you get when you take one part tax return, two parts married couple who didn't get a honeymoon, and a burning desire for it not to be winter anymore?
This.
With a side of this.
After being married 3 months now (6 by the time we actually go) Catherine and I are finally getting our honeymoon. May 18 we are flying out to Miami and getting on a boat for 4 days in the Bahamas!

A sweet cave tour...
We're stopping at Grand Bahama Island, Nassau, and Great Stirrup Cay.
We ended up not getting the balcony room we originally wanted...my wife is practical like that. But we've still got an oceanview room, so we're not down in the bowels of the ship.
Happy times shall ensue.
That is all.

PSA
...is pretty much amazing.
Chemists of the world, THANK YOU!
And that's all I'm going to say about that.
Though, whilst searching for that image up there, I stumbled upon this. My wife laughed.
That is all.

Social Distortion
Yeah, they're old. But dang'd if I don't love 'em.
I was in a mood to listen to Ball And Chain today and kept listening to them. They're just the right level of depressing for me right now.
"Life goes by so fast. You only want to do what you think is right. You close your eyes and it's passed..."
"But the day may come when you've got something to lose. And just when you think you're done paying dues, you say to yourself Dear God, what have I done, and hope it's not too late, 'cause tomorrow may never come..."
I'm broke. I'm stressed. I can't take time off work because I let my hours slack last quarter, so now I have to get at least 32 hours per week. With school Mon-Fri and work Thurs-Sun, I never have a day off.
I don't have time to decompress before going to bed after work, because I have to be up the next morning. And I can't sleep between class and work because that's the only time I can spend time with my wife.
I know, I know...everyone goes through these tough bits. And you can get through them. I just needed to vent and I haven't been on here in a while.
I need a good outlet. Playing loudly is a good one, but I can only really do that once a week. Stupid work...
That is all...I suppose.

Thoughts...
I'm just over 10 hours into a 12 hour shift. I finished a 2-liter of Mountain Dew in about 7 hours. That works out to just over 300mg of caffeine. I'm twitching.
thePatrick showed me a site today. Parry Gripp Song Of The Week. He posts 2 songs per week (some are remixes of each other). They're awesome. Highlights include Theme From Bunny Robot, Theme From A Wiener Dog Riding A Skateboard, and Up Butt Coconut. And I'm not even halfway through. Mr. Gripp (who also happens to be the singer for Nerf Herder) has been doing this since 1/1/08. I tip my hat to you, sir.
It's inspired my New Year's resolution. Ok, so Mike TV's advice helped a bit too... Write more songs. The goal is one a week. No matter how silly, lame, or absurd. I have a habit of starting songs and never finishing them. So I'm going to force myself to, rather than continually trying to improve them. Just say, ok, that one is done.
1 per week. Silliness. I'll even try and record some on my lappy probably.
Ok, so that's it.
Um...Caffeine is whoa. Or woah? I dunno...ask Keanu.
That is all.
